About us
The challenges faced by TGDP individuals, including marginalization, stigmatization, restricted healthcare access, and discrimination, not only impede their well-being but also render them more susceptible to the risks and vulnerabilities to HIV, STIs, and AIDS; as well as from unguided gender-affirming health practices and other comprehensive trans* health issues.
The program, known as the TLF SHARE - Trans* Health Program, is the recipient of a grant from PEPFAR, USAID, facilitated through the global project "EpiC" (Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control). This program aligns its activities with the broader mission of achieving and sustaining control over the HIV epidemic, encompassing trans health programs that provide HIV prevention, care, and treatment services to key populations. Specifically, the program directs its efforts toward transgender women in Quezon City and the City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan.
Our mission.
Trans* and gender diverse people are empowered, healthy, and living their authentic selves in an inclusive, safe and free society.
Our vision.
Capacity development of trans* and gender diverse communities and leaders to advocate for sustainable rights-based programs and cultivate gender-affirming spaces.
